Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Delulu Bio (“the Service”), operated by Nov Square (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

1. The Service

Delulu Bio lets Instagram pages and creators publish a link-in-bio page at a custom URL. Access is currently by invitation and the Service is free during this early period. We may change, limit or end features, or introduce paid plans, with notice.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 and old enough to form a binding agreement where you live.
• Give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Invitations are for the person or page they were issued to and may not be sold or transferred.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you add (names, bios, images, links). You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and distribute it as needed to run the Service, including showing your published page to the public. You confirm you have the rights to everything you add.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to:

• Break the law, or infringe others’ rights.
• Impersonate a person, page or brand, or claim a username to mislead or squat.
• Link to malware, phishing, scams or deceptive content.
• Post sexual content involving minors, content that promotes violence or hatred, harassment, or doxxing.
• Spam, or send artificial traffic to inflate analytics.
• Probe, disrupt or overload the Service, or access others’ data.

We may remove content, unpublish pages, reclaim usernames, or suspend accounts that break these rules or put others at risk, with or without notice.

5. Instagram and third parties

The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram or Meta. If you connect Instagram you must follow Meta’s terms and policies. Links on pages lead to third-party sites we don’t control, and we aren’t responsible for them.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It is an early product and may change.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time (see data deletion). We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nov Square is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. For a free service, our total liability for any claim is limited to a nominal amount (for example, INR 1,000), except where the law doesn’t allow such a limit.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date above. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept them.
